Accounts Payable (A/P) Processing
All of your bills will be entered and cheques printed, when due. Cheques with attached bills are delivered to you for signature on your “PickUp/DropOff” day.

Accounts Receivable (A/R) Processing
Invoices are produced by you and managed by us, your Accounting Department.  Information from your Point of Sale (POS) terminal will be connected to your accounting software and managed by us.

Month End Procedures & Processing
All transactions from bank statements, credit card statements, merchant statements, etc. are entered, categorized and processed by us.

Bank Reconciliation Processes
In order to maintain accuracy between your bank account(s) and your accounting records, bank reconciliations are reconciled every month.

AccountingWorks DMS
All documents securely received on your “PickUp/DropOff” day are scanned into the AccountingWorks Document Management System.  This gives you the ability to view all your documents from anywhere around the world, via the web, to your digital filing cabinet.

AccountingWorks VPN
This program allows you to have access to your accounting software from anywhere in the world through the Internet. You are able to enter and view reports from any location as long as you have an Internet connection.
